A boss whose firm helped look for Madeleine McCann and is wanted in the US for an alleged £1.3m fraud is in court today. Kevin Halligen, 48, will be at City of Westminster magistrates following his arrest in Oxford. The US issued an indictment for Halligen, from Surrey, alleging he tried to defraud a law firm of £1.3m.
